John & Lauren are a married couple who met while serving in the United States Army. Both founders are originally from the Midwest and cherish Midwestern values, which inspired The Friendly Seal name. Although they hail from the middle of the country, their love for the beautiful PNW has led them to call Washington home. When they aren't notarizing documents, John & Lauren enjoy hiking, playing board games, and spending time with their cat.
